Description of Services

Clams provides services that allow bitcoin holders to manage their finances in a non-custodial way, via two apps - Clams (an accounting app) and Remote (an interface for Core Lightning nodes). These services are subject to these Terms of Service.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Clams or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Clams and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
